Football Magicians Looking to Avenge 2011 'Meltdown'
Marblehead High School's varsity football team will look to get some payback this afternoon against Newburyport.
Marblehead High School's varsity football team will travel to Newburyport this afternoon hoping to remain undefeated on the season - and for those players who were on the team last year, to get a little payback for a brutal loss last Octboer.
Although the Magicians led 20-0 at halftime and 26-7 late in the fourth quarter last October, the Clippers put 21 straight points on the board and found the end zone with just 21 seconds left to steal a win on the road.
The game is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. at Newburyport High School.
