Marblehead Firefighters Assist With Swampscott Blaze
A home on Foster Road in Swampscott was badly damaged in a fire Thursday night.
Marblehead firefighters braved freezing conditions Thursday night while assisting at the scene of a fire that broke out in a home on Foster Road in Swampscott.
At about 9:30 p.m., area firefighters responded to a reported structure fire in a two-story single-family house at 98 Foster Road.
It appeared as though the house suffered significant structural damage.
A Swampscott police officer on scene said there were no reported injuries.
