TIMELINE: Warwick Place

This timeline offers a month-by-month look at more than a year's worth of progress at Warwick Place.

For the last year, local residents have watched on as the former and several nearby buildings were torn down to make way for a new 38,000-square-foot office and retail building on Pleasant Street.

Please give the interactive timeline above several seconds to load. Once it has opened, click on the plus markers along the bottom of the timeline to expand notable events from the last 12 months.

If you'd like us to add a construction milestone or a photograph you've taken to the timeline, let us know in the comments section and we will be glad to add it.

This building does not belong in Marblehead. And I remember reading that the structure was supposed to reduce to a single story on Anderson St. I see one TINY section of the front is one story-it looks like an entry way, but right behind it is two stories. This is a monstrosity and should never have been allowed to be built.

Not in my backyard, no way. Who are you to say that the building does not belong in Marblehead? you sound like you would love to work with the hysterical commission.

I am not allowed to have an opinion if I don't agree with you? This is typical of people today: you can't have a civil discussion. Who am I to say? I am an American citizen and thus have a right to free speech. You do too. If you want to do it insulting people, that's your business.
