2. Marblehead High School's boys' varsity basketball team hit the road tonight to participate in the Benedetto Jamboree at Lynn Classical High School. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:20 p.m., so consider stopping by to cheer them on.

5. Today in History: On Dec. 7, 1941, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, was attacked by the Imperial Japanese Navy, resulting in a declaration of war upon Japan by the United States.
