What Should Go Here?: Warwick Place

As each day passes, Marblehead's new 38,000-square-foot office and retail building on Pleasant Street takes another step toward completion.

Warwick Place has been designed to include space for a restaurant and the is trying to raise the $1 million needed to open a theater in the building.
