New Building Nearly Complete on Atlantic Avenue
A new building is taking shape at the former Fruit of the Four Seasons site on Atlantic Avenue in Marblehead.
Marblehead's newest downtown commercial property is nearly complete.
34 Atlantic Avenue LLC received permission in 2012 to tear down the former Fruit of the Four Seasons market and build a new 2,000-square-foot commercial space in its place.
The new building will have two separate storefronts facing Atlantic Avenue and the latest plans call for the creation of several new parking spaces along Barnard Street.
