Joey D's Italian Grill Now Serving Alcohol

Joe D's Italian Grill on Pleasant Street is now serving beer and wine.

After being open for more than three months, Joey D's Italian Grill is now serving alcohol, owner Joseph Costanzo said Monday.

Costanzo said Italian wines and a variety of beer brands are now being served at the Italian eatery on Pleasant Street, which opened in the space formerly occupied by Hooked Seafood and Grill.

The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved Costanzo's request for a liquor license at a meeting in June.
