It's Your Turn to Cheer:

  • 's cheerleading squad will head to Salem High School Saturday to compete in the NEC Cheerleading Championships at 11 a.m., according to the school's website. Last weekend, the team took first place at a Division III Cheerleasing Championship in Medford.

  • The will offer a Creative Movement seminar Saturday at 10:15 a.m. Children ages 2 and up are invited to come to a monthly program promoting literacy and fitness. Presenter Lori Hardacker leads children with physical activities including stretching, jumping, dancing, and improvising to music.
