Storm watchers had an eyeful at Devereux Beach and the causeway today, Friday, Jan. 3, about noon.
Water poured into the Devereux parking lot and the street.
The causeway was closed at 11:30 a.m.
Officials will assess the damage this afternoon.
Massive waves slammed against the causeway seawall creating a spectacle.
