The town's interim school business manager was arrested this week and faces OUI and gun charges. He then resigned from his post two days later. Two tenants were at least temporarily displaced by a fire that broke out in their building on Pleasant Street this week. Haley's Market Cafe owners told us the new Washington Street cafe is almost ready to open for business. In this incident, a rush to get to a knife fight, apparently led to a car crashing into a pole and rolling over on Atlantic Avenue. Here are our top five stories of the week, they are listed in no particular order. Click on the bold text to read the full story. The town acquired a 25,000 square foot parcel off May Street. In our regular, "You Ask...Patch Answers" column we located the property and provided a photo. A Marblehead man faces a kidnapping charge after allegedly forcing a woman to go to a Bank of America in Salem and take out money. As both President Barack Obama and Gov. Deval Patrick float new gun control proposals, we took a look at how many Headers have gun permits. In the police log this week we had two reports that attracted a lot of attention. First, a baby dialed 911. And then there was a suspicious incident with M&Ms.
