Here's a look inside the new Italian restaurant opening on Washington Street.
Yannalfo's Ristorante owner Brett Yannalfo was hard at work Tuesday afternoon, putting the finishing touches on the new Italian restaurant he hopes to have open later this summer. Yannalfo's will open in former home of Pellino's Ristorante, located at 261 Washington St. Although Yannalfo, 43, of Andover, said his professional background has been rooted in "the corporate world," he has always dreamed of opening a restaurant of his own. "I grew up Italian, so hosting people is second nature to me and that being said, I am going to keep it as Italian, but a little more casual and sort of ‘comfort food’ Italian than what (Pellino's) was cooking," Yannalfo said.
