Marblehead Bracing for More Snow this Weekend
Marblehead may end up getting between four and eight inches of snow this weekend.
The snow from the Blizzard of 2013 may be melting, but don't go putting the shovels away just yet - this weekend is bringing us more snow. A new snowstorm is headed our way for Saturday and Sunday, and Marblehead could end up seeing another 8 inches of snow before it's all said and done. On his blog, WHDH meteorologist Pete Bouchard is calling for light rain along the coast Saturday with snow inland and snow everywhere by Sunday morning. There may also be some minor coastal flooding. "Heavy snow through early morning Sunday. Roads will be tough to travel, and yes, your flight will most likely be delayed or cancelled. I think there might be a touch more snow than that if we get what they're predicting. Yet again, I wish I was back in the good ole town. Just a few years ago I use to walk through a noreaster from one side of town to the other. I never felt so warm or so good about being alive.
