This year's Fourth of July Fireworks in Marblehead seemed to have a little bit of everything. In addition to the beauty of fireworks over the harbor, spectators were treated to a brilliant red moonrise, a natural light show compliments of a passing thunderstorm and a torrential downpour during the grand finale. Tonight's annual Marblehead Fireworks Display will draw throngs of area residents to the shores of Marblehead Harbor. Weather The latest National Weather Service forecast is predicting that local residents can expect a chance of showers and maybe even a passing thunderstorm tonight, mainly before 11 p.m. Otherwise it will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 68, so plan accordingly. We will be updating this forecast as more information becomes available.
