Last week, the MHS Sailing team defeated the Big Blue in a team race over in Swampscott and then traveled down to the US Coast Guard Academy for the CT State Championships.
The MHS Fishwagons raced in the O'Day Qualifier in Portland last weekend and finished in fifth place, two places shy of qualifying for the O'Day Trophy.
Last weekend the Fishwagons traveled to two regattas in Manchester and Sharon and placed well in both while also being able to work in varied conditions than what they were used.
Last weekend the MHS Sailing Team faced off against two teams from Maine in their first regatta of the season, held in Marblehead Harbor.
The MHS Fishwagons culminated their spring season with the Massachusetts State Championship at MIT and finished fifth out of twenty schools competing.
Last Sunday, the MHS Fishwagons traveled to the Duxbury Bay Maritime School to compete in the Mass Bay League Team Race Championships.
Last Thursday, St. John's Prep traveled down to Marblehead Harbor to face the MHS Sailing Team in a team race.
Last weekend, the MHS Sailing Team traveled down to Tabor Academy for a four-team team race in Marion in preparation for upcoming team races this week.
During the week of April Vacation, the MHS sailing team was practicing hard for a regatta that week against Pingree School, and then a regatta that upcoming weekend against twelve schools.
