Cookies For a Cause
Marblehead's Girl Scout Troop 66622 is selling cookies to raise money for soldiers overseas.

Braving Saturday's cold outside of was nothing compared to the bravery of the U.S. men and women serving overseas in the armed forces.
To remember and honor our troops, Marblehead Girl Scout Troop 66622 has a special service project underway AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!

In partnership with C.A.P.T.S., we'll soon be shipping care packages to soldiers in Afghanistan. Thanks to the generosity of Marblehead shoppers, we already have over 30 boxes of cookies for these care packages but we'd like to send more cookies and personal care items. The good news is there's still time for you to buy Cookies for a Cause; the boxes you buy will be sent to our troops overseas.
Cookies will be on sale at the on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please come purchase cookies for our troops and perhaps treat yourself to a delicious box of Thin Mints or Peanut Butter Patties too.
Additional goods for the care packages, such as books/toiletries/candy, are being collected in drop boxes at and the through Feb. 17. Please help us to support the troops!
