Would 'Haul Your Own Trash' Work at Marblehead Beaches?

With Swampscott experimenting with a new "carry in, carry out" policy to deal with trash at Phillips Beach, we have to ask - do you think a similar policy would work at beaches in Marblehead? 

Swampscott's recently-implemented carry-in/carry-out trash program requires that beach-goers haul away their own trash when they leave at the end of the day - it also means there are no more trash cans.

Would you support the implementation of a similar system at beaches in Marblehead? Do you think it would work?
