Skip the line waiting for fitness machines! If you enjoy working out with weights this body resistance training class is for you. All levels are welcome, join us at the JCC every Monday 9:30am-10:30am, Wednesday 5:25-6:15pm, Friday 9:35-10:35am or Saturday 7:30-8:25am. A great workout that WILL change your body!
