Habitat for Humanity-North Shore is accepting applications for the home that will be built on Coolidge Road.
Applications are being accepted for a new home being built on Coolidge Road in Danvers.
The home, which is being built by Habitat for Humanity-North Shore, is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home that will be sold for about $130,000 with no interest. The homeowner will be chosen by lottery among qualified buyers and is subject to residency and family size considerations.
Potential buyers will need to live or work in Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Nahant, Peabody, Salem, Saugus, Swampscott, Topsfield, Gloucester, Rockport, Manchester, Essex, Ipswich, Hamilton, Wenham or Rowley.

Habitat for Humanity-North Shore has a few questions for potential buyers:
- Is your current housing overcrowded, substandard, in a dangerous neighborhood or costs more than 50% of your total income?
- Are you willing to help build your own home?
- Does your family’s gross income fall within the ranges posted below?
