Caring for the Caregiver

Wednesday, August 28, 12:00 PM

Many of us care for a partner or loved on, or know someone who does.  This can take a lot of our time and energy, often times leaving little for ourselves.  This presentation by elder care nurse Elizabeth Duffy will talk about the importance of taking care of those who care for others so that they can provide the best care to those they support.

Presented in collaboration with the Elder Insider, there will be tips and strategies on how to support those who support others, as well as leave time for questions and discussion.
