YMCA Time Capsule Opened
The time capsule, found last month, was opened in front of the Board of Selectmen.
A crowd gathered Wednesday night for the opening of a 101-year-old time capsule
Among the items inside were newspapers dated 1910, coins, YMCA announcements and even a list of all the fire alarms in town.
Items inside the capsule, which belong to the YMCA, will be put into the YMCA archives, Executive Director Meegan O'Neil told selectmen.

Those gathered at the meeting, remarked and laughed about how times have changed in the past 100 years. The capsule brought those gathered back to a very different Marblehead.
