Town Approves Witch Ride For MDA
The motorcycles are slated roll through on Oct. 13
Selectmen have given their approval for the 2013 MDA Halloween Witch Ride to sweep through Marblehead on Oct. 13.
Thousands of motorcycles are scheduled to pass through town between 1:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., a Witch Ride representative told selectmen last week.
The ride is in its 25th year and over the years has raised more than a half million dollars for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
The ride starts at Boston Harley-Davidson in Everett and ends at Shetland Park in Salem.
The rain date is Oct. 20.
