Congressman John Tierney raised less money in the fourth quarter of 2013 than either his Democratic challenger Seth Moulton or Republican Richard Tisei, who nearly doubled Tierney’s fund-raising total.
In the fourth quarter, Tisei raised $435,000 and Moulton raised $253,000, while Tierney raised $228,000. Tierney still has a bigger campaign war chest with $709,000 compared to Moulton’s $396,000 and Tisei’s $394,000, reported The Boston Globe.
What do you think? Will Tierney have a tougher race this year than in 2012 when he was able to hold off Republican challenger Richard Tisei? Will Moulton beat him in the Democratic primary? Let us know in the comments section below.
