SOUND OFF: President Obama and the Democratic Convention

What did you think of Obama's speech and the convention? Will you vote for him in November?

President Barack Obama capped off the Democratic National Convention with a speech that highlighted foreign policy wins, health care reform and immigration reform on Thursday.

Over three nights, Democratic leaders took aim at Republican nominee, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, and his running mate Congressman Paul Ryan. A number of Massachusetts Democrats spoke at the convention, including Gov. Deval Patrick, Congressional candidate Elizabeth Warren and Senator John Kerry.

After last week's Republican National Conventon,to tell us what they thought of the convention and Romney.

Now, we want to hear from you about the Democratic convention. What did you think of the president's speech? What did you think of the convention? Were you swayed in either direction after watching the proceedings from Charlotte? Who are you supporting in November?

My parents are retired. Are they deadbeats? They receive social security and Medicare. Shouldn't they receive these benefits. Remember that the baby boomers are retiring. The Democrats have not changed. The benefits to the poor are remarkably small.

Lots of things are being said, to bad we can't see our leaders work together. We bad mouth them, we call them names and I am as guilty as any one. I think we could find something positive about both men. I would feel better about Mr Romney if he would produce at least 5 years of his income tax records. I am offended that a man with his income only pays 13 % income when I know of retiree's pay 15%. There is much more on both sides. We need to elect people that can cross the aisle and work to gether for the good of our people and our country. My God bless us and our beloved country.

Jerry, You are seriously wrong. Remember,-- "WE THE PEOPLE"-- not we the government? First of all Romney gives a tremendous amount of his $$$ to charity! Obama lied about their pensions in the second debate. OBAMA, not Romney, has more pension then Romney and most of it is invested in CHINA!! Fact check that if you care to. Obama has had four years to do a good job and has failed. The Benghazi,(sp.?) cover up is unbelievable and Obama, Biden, and Clinton have lied and missled the American people and the families of our dead heros. The buck stops with the COMMANDER IN CHIEF!! Obama played politics and did not want to have to admit that terrorist were still active when Obama declared they were alomost gone. Obama and his "team" lied and blamed these murders on a mob over a movie!! We "ALL" know that that was completly wrong and emails "LIVE" IN THE SITUATION ROOM WITH OBAMA "LOOKING AND LISTENING IN REAL TIME" prove this. Obama had the nerve to face the parents of these wonderful AMERICANS, and lied and blamed the attack on a video!! SHAMEFUL, DISSGRACEFUL, AND IMPEACHABLE ACTIONS. The "IN THE TANK MEDIA" doesn't oven talk about it in the news! Fox News is the only one to give the people the news that we and'-- especially the families' are entitled to hear and know the truth. I do hope the hearings will do their work! Let's hear it- you Marblehead people, who want the TRUTH to be brought out. Truth always wins. God bless us all!!

Need proof the media is in the tank for Obama? On Meet The Press this am Carly Fiorina brought up the debacle in Lybia. David Gregory quickly shut her down with the comment, "We'll get to that later." Big surprise--he never got to it!
