E-ZPass Warns of E-Mail Phishing Scam

Be cautious of suspicious emails.

The MassDOT E-ZPass program is warning its customers about an e-mail phishing scam in which some E-ZPass customers in Massachusetts and other states have received an email from “E-ZPass Customer Service Center” with the subject “Payment for driving on toll road”/

This is not a communication from E-ZPass, but is likely a phishing scam and E-ZPass is warning its customers not to open or respond to the message.

Contact the E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 1-877-627-7745 with any questions.
