Woman Reports Finding Sister's Drugs or Paraphenalia

Monday, Dec. 30

9:12 a.m., a vehicle parked on Bayview Road was struck overnight.

9:55 a.m., a Waterside Road caller said his neighbor's trailer with four snowmobiles on it had rolled from the yard into the road where the trailer was blocking traffic. An officer moved the trailer out of harm's way.

12:03 p.m., a woman came into the police station and reported finding drugs or paraphenalia in her sister's cigarette package. She said an officer had told her that a kit could help determine what it was in the package.

12:48 p.m., a Gilbert Heights Road caller reported a suspicious man parked in front of her residence for half an hour. Police checked it out. The driver was gone upon their arrival.

1:17 p.m., a Gregory Street caller reported receiving annoying calls from Jamaica.

3:03 p.m., a Santry Road resident was transported to the hospital, possibly with pneumonia.

3:51 p.m., a past hit and run was reported on Atlantic Avenue. A caller said her car's driver-side mirror was knocked off by a passing truck.

11:25 p.m., a Pleasant Street resident was transported to the hospital for issues related to diabetes.
