Vandalism Reported on Pleasant Street

The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Department's log: 

Monday, Nov. 18:

  • At 8:11 a.m., police responded to a vehicle break-in on Pearl Street.
  • At 8:39 a.m., police learned that a teacher at Tower School had fainted. The teacher was transported by ambulance to Salem Hospital.
  • At 2:22 p.m., police were warned that a large crane would be coming into town for dock repairs. The crane operator told police he may have problems with navigating turns on State and Front streets.
  • At 4:31 p.m., a woman entered the police station to report a minor motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Humphrey and Tedesco streets.
  • At 5:15 p.m., a resident entered the police station to report fresh vandalism on Pleasant Street.
  • At 8:53 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Ocean Avenue.
  • At 11:51 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Village Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 19

  • At 4:24 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Harbor Avenue.
  • At 6:47 a.m., police responded to a report of an elderly man who seemed confused walking down Tedesco Street.
