Eggings Abound

Wednesday, Oct. 30

  • 1:43 p.m., a 16-year-old girl was reproting dizziness and a headache at a Humphrey Street location. The girl was transported to North Shore Children's Hospital.
Thursday, Oct. 31
  • 0:15, loud music and screaming was reported on Nicholson Street. it was a Red Sox World Series celebration.
  • 8:42 a.m, a Rockaway resident complained about a landscaper blowing leaves and wanted to know if a town ordinance prohibited leaf blowing.
  • 12:19 p.m., a Hawthorn Road resident was transported to the hospital for injuries she recieved after being hit by a bicyclist earlier in the week.
  • 12:40 p.m., a Nicholson Hill resident filed a complaint about a neighbor.
  • 1:58 p.m., a well being check and susbsequent transport of a man was made on Hillside Avenue.
  • 5:04 p.m., a tree branch was reported down on Clifton Avenue.
  • 6:19 p.m., identification theft was reported on Heritage Way.
  • 6:42 p.m., a caller reported that someone in a group that included a person in a sumo wrestler outfit threw a rock at her car at Village Street and Highland Terrace.
  • 7:31 p.m., a Countryside Lane resident reported her house was egged.
Friday, Nov. 1
  • 7:19 a.m., a Gerald Road resident reported someone had thrown a pumpkin at the window and cracked it. it turned out that the item thrown was an egg, and the window was not cracked.
