Residents Report Downspout Thefts

The following information was submitted by the Marblehead Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

8:10 a.m., credit card fraud was reported on Tedesco Street.

8:53 a.m., a Farrell Ct. resident experiencing general weakness was transported to Salem Hospital.

9:42 a.m., a Mohawk Road resident was experiencing difficulty breathing and was transported to the hospital.

9:38 a.m., a Hawkes Street resident reported that copper downspouts were stolen from the house overnight. 

9:52 a.m., a Swampscott police officer asked that Marblehead contact a resident and let him know his wife is at Vinnin Square with a flat tire. She tried calling him but he is using power tools at the house and can not hear the phone. Ultimately, the woman did make contact with her husband.

1:13 p.m., a Washington Street mother asked for a well being check for her daughter. The daughter was transported to the hospital, voluntarily.

4:27 p.m., a family dispute was reported at an Elm Street home.

5:55 p.m., a walk-in from Auburndale Road reported a downspout was stolen from her residence.

7:30 p.m., a well-being check was carried out for a mother on Washington Street. The mother wants help for alcohol abuse. She was transported to Salem.
