Odd Hello to Jersey Street Walker

• 8:51 a.m., "a caller said that last night between 6:30 and 7 pm she was walking on Jersey St. heading home. She said a white male, in his late teens with short black hair, jeans and T-shirt was on a black bike and was not wearing a helmet. The male did not have any facial hair or glasses. Caller said the male came up on her right and circled her repeatedly. On his third pass around the male made a 'whoop' sound at her. She replied 'What,' and he said, 'I'm just saying hello.' She told him to (buzz off) and continued on her way."
• 10:52 a.m., a merchant on Bessom Street reported that a car had driven into the building. The driver was uninjured. Police said it looked like wood was pushed from the window fram. The parties agreed to take care of restitution.
• 1:22 p.m., skateboarders on Atlantic Avenue reported that a van that was outbound opened the door and it struck one of the skateboarders.
• 1:40 p.m., a Hawkes Street caller said she was being harassed by her landlord and ex-husband.
• 2:21 p.m.,  a caller said she just got a restraining order and asked if it had been served and is seeking police to standby while she collects the children.
• 2:28 p.m., police carried out a well-being check on a person who sustained a head injury of the weekend. The person was OK.
• 4 p.m., a caller reported that a paddleboarder went way out and was no longer in view. An officer noted a paddleboarder up and not in distress. The harbormaster spoke with the paddleboarder, who was fine.
• 4:01 p.m., police received a report of a person with a possible broken ankle on a path behind the Tower School. The patient was transported to North Shore Children's Hospital.
• 5:42 p.m., a walk-in reported a missing bike. The walk-in said he had a flat tire and left his bike in the woods near the power plant off Village Street. When he returned the silver five-speed bike was missing.
• 6:49 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Stonybrook Road, a man in his 20s and wearing a gray hoodie was walking up and down the street and looking in cars.
• 6:56 p.m., identity theft report from Beacon Street. The woman said someone was using her social security card to obtain credit in her name.
• 7:29 p.m., a caller reported  being yelled at and followed, briefly, while walking her dog through the parking lot at a Creesy Street apartment complex.
• 8:27 p.m., a front desk clerk on Nahant Street reported that a man was unconscious in the bathroom. The person was then attended to by an off-duty physician and was conscious. He was transported to Salem Hospital.
• 11:29 p.m., a loud party was reported on Green Street.
