No Trespass Order For Individual Indicted For Sexual Assault

The order was sent after the individual entered Marblehead High last week.

Below is an entry in the Marblehead Police Log from Friday, Nov. 22.

It is a copy of a no-trespass order from the Marblehead superintendent mailed to an individual who has been indicted felonious sexual assault.

Dear. Mr. *************:

On November 19, 2013, you entered the Marblehead High 

School building without permission asking to see the

Athletic Director and were told that he was unavailable. 

After you left that building, Marblehead Public Schools 

learned from the Marblehead Police Department and the 

District Attorney's Office for Hillsborough County, New 

Hampshire that you are under indictment for felonious sexual 

assult by purposefully engaging in sexual contact with a 

person under 13 years of age. In addition, we learned that a 

condition of your release on bail is that you have no 

unsupervised contact with any person under 18 years of age.

Accordingly, and until further notice, this is notice 

that you are barred from entering onto the grounds or 

property of any Marblehead Public Schools facilities, 

including but not limited to the grounds, property, and 

building of Marblehead High School. You are also barred 

from attending any athletic, extra-curricular, or other 

activities and events sponsored by Marblehead Public 

Schools. 

This letter constitues a no trespass notice pursuant to 

G.L. c. 266, §120 and is being reported to the Marblehead 

Police Department. Should you violate this notice, 

Marblehead Pulblic Schools will take all lawful enforcement 

actions, including immediately seeking prosecutions.
