Marblehead Police Make Drug Arrest on Pleasant Street

The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Department's log: 


Tuesday, Feb. 4:

  • At 7:46 a.m., police responded to a report of an erratic operator near the intersection of Peach Highlands and Intrepid Circle.
  • At 9:24 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Ocean Avenue.
  • At 9:58 a.m., a West Shore Drive business owner called police to report that someone passed a bad check.
  • At 1:37 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Clifton Avenue.
  • At 1:38 p.m., police responded to an overdose on Mohawk Road.
  • At 2:39 p.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident on Ocean Avenue.
  • At 3:01 p.m., a resident called police to report an intoxicated driver near the intersection of Pleasant and School streets. Samuel J. Sullivan, 37, of 39 Bassatt St., Apt. #2, Lynn, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and illegally possessing a class C substance (Klonopin).
  • At 3:26 p.m., a resident entered the police station to turn over a license plate they found on Bessom Street.
  • At 11:13 p.m., police responded to a report of an erratic operator on Haley Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 5

  • At 1:02 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Village Street.
  • At 1:24 a.m., police assisted with a medical emergency on Bay View Avenue.
