Eventually, a light will need to go at the intersection of Tedesco and Leggs Hill. People leaving the Y now are taking alternative side streets to avoid that intersection. Property values are dropping in that neighborhood due to the traffic from the Y. That little bridge on the other end in Salem will eventually crumble just like the home values.
