Marblehead Man Charged With Restraining Order Violation

The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Department's log: 

Wednesday, March 5

  • At 8:11 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Beverly Avenue.
  • At 9:30 a.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident on Ocean Avenue.
  • At 10:39 a.m., a resident entered the police station to complain about an incident that took place in Boston.
  • At 12:51 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Washington Street. A man was issued a restraining order.
  • At 2:17 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Londonderry Road.
  • At 4:35 p.m., police responded to a parking complaint on Stonybrook Road.
  • At 5:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious man on Pleasant Street.
  • At 7:20 p.m., police responded to a past motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Pleasant Street. 
  • At 7:29 p.m., police responded to a possible restraining order violation on Waldron Court.
  • At 7:36 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Crestwood Road.
  • At 8:12 p.m., police responded to a possible restraining order violation on Washington Street. Stephen A. Jarvis, 45, of 14 Wallace Road, Marblehead, was arrested on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order.
  • At 9:27 p.m., police received word that a car had become stuck on a wall on Rose Avenue.
  • At 10:25 p.m., police responded to a parking complaint on State Street.

Thursday, March 6

  • At 7:25 a.m., a Santry Road resident called police to report that someone dumped a Christmas tree in the conservation area behind her house.
