  • At 11:39 a.m., police responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Lafayette Street.
  • At 12:42 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Widger Road.
  • At 2:19 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Leicester Road.
  • At 3:03 p.m., police responded to a possible phone scam attempt on Leslie Cove.
  • At 6:23 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Waldron Street.
  • At 6:25 p.m., police responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Humphrey Street.

  • At 4:22 a.m., a Countryside Lane resident called police to report that his car was stolen earlier in the night. The car was later located at the intersection of Monroe and Taft roads with heavy front end damage.
  • At 6:39 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Ames Road.

If you are going to use today's teaser headline about the M'head stolen car crashing in Salem, at least give us the rest of the story. The item does not state it crashed in Salem or if they caught the person responsible.
