Marblehead Man Gets Dead Cockroach in the Mail

The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Department's log: 

Friday, April 18

  • At 12:48 p.m., police responded to an alarm on May Street.
  • At 5:19 p.m., police responded to a dispute between neighbors on Village Street.
  • At 5:19 p.m., a Ralph Road man called police to report that he received an envelope containing a dead cockroach in the mail. The man said the envelope looked as though it had been mailed from overseas.
  • At 8:18 p.m., police responded to a report of an erratic operator near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Gerry Street.
  • At 8:49 p.m., police responded to a report of glass in the street on Tower Way.

Saturday, April 19

  • At 7:06 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Seaview Avenue.
