The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Department's log: 


Wednesday, April 2

  • At 8:22 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Rowland Street.
  • At 8:43 a.m., a resident entered the police station to report that he was flagged down by an elderly woman who wanted a ride to the bank. The Council on Aging was notified.
  • At 10:12 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Maple Street.
  • At 2:18 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Auburndale Road.
  • At 3:55 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Bayview Road.
  • At 4:18 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Ocean Avenue.
  • At 8:34 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Front Street.

Thursday, April 3

  • At 7:06 a.m., police conducted a school investigation on Sewall Street.
