Gold and Diamond Engagement Ring Lost

Friday, Dec. 6

10:02 am, police received a report of a possible phone scam promising $100 dollars for referring a friend as a new Comcast customer.

2:40 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on Pleasant Street. It was over an E2 pass.

2:50 pm, a car was ticketed on Atlantic Avenue for a parking violation.

4:26 p.m., a truck reportedly rolled on its side on Pleasant Street. Police and fire responded to the scene. No report of injuries.

6:08 p.m., the owner of a West Orchard Street home reported it appeared someone had entered the residence.

8 p.m., a walk-in to the police station from Linden Street reported that she was beaten up by her boyfriend. Police are investigating.

Saturday, Dec. 7

10:14, money was found on Atlantic Avenue and turned in to the Star of the Sea staff.

12:58 p.m., a walk-in to the police station reported losing an engagement ring near work. The ring is made of gold and has three diamonds. The address on the log entry is Atlantic Avenue.

5:23 p.m., an Arrowhead Road caller said kids have been doing ring and runs in the area.

Sunday, Dec. 8

:50 am, a white Mercedes hit a traffic island at Lafayette Street and West Shore Drive. The car's tires popped and the vehicle was towed.
