Marblehead Man Charged With 2nd DUI

A Marblehead man is facing his second drunk driving charge after being arrested on Orchard Circle early Friday morning.
Paul S. Stevens, 72, of 5 Carna Road, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
At 12:05 a.m., local police officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle with fresh damage "making weird turns into driveways."
A woman who was also in the car was placed into protective custody, according to this morning's police log.
Stevens is expected to be arraigned Friday morning in Lynn District Court.
