Custody Issues and a Stolen Computer

Tuesday, Dec. 24

00:01 a.m., a caller reported that a group of people were screaming on State Street in front of Maddies. The group was located but was not screaming. They agreed to leave.

2:28 a.m., a caller reported hearing yelling and glass breaking on Washington Street. It was party, and it ended.

9:07 a.m., a motor vehicle crash involving an Audi and a Jaguar took place at Darling Street and Washington Street.

9:33 a.m., a Leicester Road woman wanted to see a police officer. She reported that she was in fear of her ex-husband. She said she had filed for an extension of a 10-day restraining order but it was denied.

10:18 a.m., an elderly woman fell and broke her leg on West Shore Drive. She was transported to the hospital.

1:15 p.m., a walk-in to the police station reported a stolen computer on Waterside Road.

1:16 p.m., a stone wall was reportedly vandalized, damaged, on Ocean Avenue.

6:24 p.m., a walk-in to the police station reported a custody issue on Creesy Street. The woman said her ex-husband has their daughter and will not return her.

Wednesday, Dec. 25

1:40 p.m., a minor motor vehicle accident was reported on Pleasant Street.

4:35 p.m., a 24-year-old on Mechanic Square was reportedly unresponsive after taking percocet. Emergency units responded. The patient refused to be transported to the hospital.

6:14 p.m., a hit and run to a parked car was reported on Humphrey Street. The car received damage to the driver's side door and bumper.
