How and where do you file a complaint against the police and court personal ?
I been to the police station and told them about it they Lynn court wont let me file.
I been paying police and court money off and on for many for payoffs in order to keep them from abusing me. Try to file a complaint of extortion because if I don’t pay after a while they arrest me and charge me with crimes that didn’t happen They been abusing me, breaking my bones, imprisoning me for crimes that didn’t happen Still paying money they keep some sent a check back I didn’t cash it and left with a DA in Salem
