The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce announces the 2013 Christmas Walk, taking place from December 5 – 8, 2013. More than 60 local businesses and stores are working to bring residents and visitors the most magical Christmas Walk ever.

And, for the first time in the history of the Christmas Walk, the Chamber in partnership with National Grand Bank will be using a locally grown tree.  Special thanks to Marblehead’s tree warden, Doug Gordon, for offering his personal tree that will be lit by person of the year, Paul Crosby, Friday, December 6 at 7pm at the National Grand Bank parking lot.

You can now buy tickets to win one of 3 Holiday Stocking Raffles – each contains an iPad and hundreds of dollars of local items. Stop into Marblehead Bank at 21 Atlantic Ave., National Grand Bank at 91 Pleasant Street or The Landing Restaurant at 81 Front Street to purchase your raffle tickets!  Find Magic the Elf in participating retail stores and win prizes, enjoy entertainment all weekend long, meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and get into the holiday spirit as we bring you activities, entertainment, and fun for all.
  • Saturday, December 7 – Live magical entertainment by A Dancer’s Dream and Santa’s landing by Lobster Boat starting at 9am Saturday, the Christmas Walk parade will begin at 11:45am at State Street Landing. Magical holiday events will be happening throughout the weekend.
