MEET "TROUBLE THE DOG" AT THE HANDMADE IN AMERICA EXPO

Rising Entrepreneur Sheila Duncan, President of Larkin LTD., and co-creator of the popular children's character Trouble The Dog will be featured at the Handmade in America Expo.  The show will be held at the Doubletree Hilton, 60 Ferncroft Road in Danvers on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday, November 24,2013 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Admission for the show is free and open to the public.

The two-day artisan/entrepreneur Expo is designed to support artisans, small businesses and veterans. The show will feature paintings, sculptures, jewelry, handbags, furniture, ceramics, and the beautifully handcrafted plush toy - Trouble The Dog. Trouble is one of the few plush toys available today that is 100% handcrafted in America. Visit Sheila Duncan and Trouble The Dog at Booth #109.  Duncan will have Trouble The Dog plush toys and "Here's Trouble" books on display. She will be signing the popular children's book at the show and introducing a brand new product for the holidays, Travellin' Trouble.

Duncan can share her entrepreneurial journey that led to the creation of Trouble The Dog and why she was determined to have him made in America. Trouble The Dog is known for bringing comfort to children in need.  He helps kids going through tough times and has traveled all over the world, from Newtown, CT. to Haiti.  According to hundreds of emails that Duncan receives, Trouble The Dog is seen as a wonderful buddy that kids use as a coping mechanism to help face tough times - from a bullying classmate to sadness at home due to poverty, divorce or illness. Trouble The Dog has a mission...to be a global ambassador of hope for kids around the world and help them feel safe and loved.
