When Can I Park Behind Warwick Place?

This week's You Ask...Patch Answers column is focused on the parking lot behind Warwick Place.

Every week, we set out to answer a question submitted by one of our readers as part of our You Ask...Patch Answers column.

On Monday morning, a local resident emailed in a question about the availability of that brand new parking lot behind the Warwick Place building on Pleasant Street.

They asked: I was just wondering when it will be OK to park behind Warwick Place. I drove by the other day and I saw a bunch of cars in there. It would be a big help if that parking lot was available if Roundhouse Road fills up. Thanks!

The simple answer is not right now.

According to Groom Construction Co. Project Manager Tim Costin, the Warwick Place lot is restricted to tenants and construction-related vehicles only and there is signage indicating the parking restrictions throughout the lot.

So, until construction is complete, the lot will be closed off to the public.
