Have You Seen Marblehead's Papa Gino's Commercial?

Have you spotted the State Street Landing on television yet?

It seems the locally-filmed Papa Gino's commercial is popping up on television a lot lately - especially during New England Patriots games - it was featured twice during last week's matchup with the Denver Broncos.

The commercial was shot at the State Street Landing last month after the Board of Selectmen gave the film production company Independent Media permission to shoot in town.

The scenes at the public landing on State Street include shots of the dock, a lobster boat and some lobster traps.

What did you think of the commercial? Did you recognize Marblehead the first time you saw it?

Let me get this straight: the lobsters are making a break for it while the lobstermen are eating pizza in a restaurant that looks exactly like the inside of a Denny's? What do lobsters have to do with pizza? How authentic can these creative geniuses be?
