Gerry 5 VFA Getting 'Golden Tee 2013'
The Board of Selectmen approved a request for the popular golf arcade game Wednesday night.
Golden Tee Golf fans rejoice - the Gerry 5 VFA on Beacon Street is getting a Golden Tee machine.
At their meeting at Abbot Hall Wednesday night, the Board of Selectmen unanimously approved the organization's request for a Golden Tee Golf arcade machine with internet and competition functionality.
Golden Tee is a wildly popular game, and even board member Harry C. Christensen Jr. couldn't resist pointing out that "it's a nice game," drawing a laugh from those in attendance.
