2. This Year's Town Meeting Warrant is Out: Here's a link to the items town voters will be asked to approve. It is also attached as a PDF. Town Meeting begins May 6.

3. Magicians in Action: Marblehead High School has teams in the playoffs in boys hockey and individuals competing in the alpine skiing tournament. The Magicians have a first round bye and are scheduled to face the winner of Wayland vs. Rockport on Saturday. Here are the seedings for the ski tournament at Berkshire East Ski Center, where you'll see several Marblehead names.

4. Painter's Pub Party: Sip wine while you paint! No artistic previous art experience required. At Hungry Betty's on Monday at 6:30 p.m. All supplies provided for with $35 fee.

5. Possible Strike at Stop & Shop: The contract for unionized workers at area Stop & Shops expired over the weekend. The closest one to Marblehead is Swampscott. We'll keep an eye on developments.
