Chamber of Commerce Seeking Nominations

The following press release was issued by Marblehead Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Ann Marie Casey:

The Nominating Committee requests your participation in nominating candidates from our Chamber and community to receive one of several community awards to be presented at the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce's 59th Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at the Landing Restaurant.

If you know of an outstanding business or community minded individual deserving of one of these awards, please visit www.marbleheadchamber.org to download a form and include the reasons for their nomination.  A list of previous award winners is also available on this site. Feel free to use an additional piece of paper as your comments are important. Mail nomination form to the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce, 62 Pleasant St., Marblehead, MA 01945 or fax to the office at 781-639-8582.  

Deadline to submit nominations is Aug. 12 and winners will be announced in September.

Nominations for the organization's Board of Directors is open to Chamber members only.

The Nominating Committee is also seeking letters of interest from Chamber members that are interested in serving on the Chamber Board of Directors.
