The Zoning Board of Appeals will be sitting down with Comella's Restaurants co-owner John Paul Comella next week at a public hearing regarding his desire to reopen the former Moran Studios space as an eatery, according to the posted agenda.

Warwick Place Facade Taking Shape: As each day passes, the exterior of Warwick Place is looking more and more like this computer rendering of what the finished product is expected to look like.
