Warwick Place Facade Taking Shape

In case you haven't noticed, the facade at Warwick Place has been coming together over the last few weeks.

As each day passes, the exterior of Warwick Place is looking more and more like this computer rendering of what the finished product is expected to look like.

Over the next few months, a refurbished Warwick Theater marquee and a large segment of light blue reflective window paneling are expected to be installed.

The outdoor seating area for 32 will be located in the building's rear courtyard.

Warwick Place is expected to open in early 2013 and will likely be home to a combination movie theater and restaurant, mini-theater for business conferences, a cafe selling breakfast and dessert, a retail establishment and small offices.
