Marblehead's new Warwick Place building will open soon on Pleasant Street.

Check out these photos of Marblehead's new 38,000-square-foot Warwick Place building, which will open later this summer on Pleasant Street.

The building will be home to a 100-seat Palmer's Restaurant with a full bar and an outdoor eating area for 40, which will open out into a rear courtyard.
